Wild Turkey 101 bourbon, is an authentic American bourbon, with an exceptionally gentle and rich aroma for a high proof bourbon, thanks to the quality of all its stages of production. For more than 60 years, legendary Master Distiller Jimmy Russell has been crafting Wild Turkey 101 the right way, with a recipe unchanged since before Prohibition. It offers an explosion of vanilla and caramel flavours with notes of honey, brown sugar, oranges and a hint of tobacco. Its high proof gives it a bolder flavour. Enjoy it neat, on the rocks, or in a classic cocktail; we recommend the 101 Old Fashioned. To make the perfect 101 Old Fashioned, pour half of the whiskey and all the bitters into a rocks glass with the sugar syrup, then add two cubes of ice and stir. Slowly add more ice and the remaining whiskey, whilst stirring until the sugar is diluted. Snap the orange peel over the drink to release the citrus oils and finally drop into the glass as garnish.
